Acceptable use

You agree not to use Digital Jhajha Push to send spam, phishing content, malware, adult content aimed at minors, or anything that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or your local law. Repeated violations are grounds for account termination without refund.

Your data

You retain all rights to your data. We only process it to provide the service.

Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include an SLA credit for downtime beyond that.

Refunds

Cancel anytime. We refund prorated unused time on annual plans within the first 30 days.

Liability

Service is provided "as is". Our maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months.
